Peshawar( KhyberPoint) The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is set to hold a massive power show in Peshawar today, with party leaders declaring it a decisive moment in the ongoing political struggle. Adviser to the Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Information and Public Relations, Barrister Dr. Saif, said the rally will prove to be a strong rebuttal to those envisioning politics without PTI Chairman Imran Khan.
Speaking to the media, Dr. Saif stated that all arrangements for the “grand rally” had been completed under the directives of Imran Khan. He insisted that the turnout will serve as a “slap in the face” to political opponents hoping for a post-Imran PTI. He criticized rival parties for “spreading false propaganda” about the event, adding that the rally will be remembered as an important milestone in the “real freedom movement.”
According to Dr. Saif, enthusiasm among PTI’s supporters, particularly the youth, is overwhelming. He claimed that thousands from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and across the country are expected to participate, transforming the event into a display of mass support for Khan’s vision.
He further said that the energy of PTI’s youth activists has already rattled opponents. “The opposition is nervous even before the rally begins,” he remarked. He highlighted that Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur personally inspected the rally venue on Friday, and his arrival had already drawn large crowds of eager supporters.
Dr. Saif warned the government and opponents to brace themselves, claiming that today’s rally will shake political ground. He accused authorities of resorting to “fake images” to downplay PTI’s popularity but vowed the turnout will speak for itself.
