Lahore(Khyber Point)Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the residence of Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain to offer condolences over the death of his brother-in-law, Javed Chattha.
During the meeting, Minister Naqvi expressed deep sorrow and heartfelt sympathy to Chaudhry Shujaat and his family, praying for the departed soul’s eternal peace. A special prayer (Fateha) was also offered for the deceased. Provincial Minister Chaudhry Shafay Hussain was present on the occasion.
In addition to the condolence meeting, the Interior Minister briefed Chaudhry Shujaat on the current internal security measures and the government’s efforts to maintain law and order across the country.
Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain expressed satisfaction over the overall security situation and appreciated the Ministry of Interior’s recent initiatives to strengthen internal stability. He commended the government’s proactive steps toward ensuring peace and public safety, particularly in light of the country’s ongoing security challenges.
Both leaders also paid glowing tribute to the martyrs of the nation, recognizing their sacrifices for Pakistan’s peace and sovereignty.
