LAHORE: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has rejected the plea in connection with physical remand of accused Shershah arrested in Jinnah House attack case. ATC rejected police plea for granting more physical remand of the accused. The court while rejecting police plea for further physical remand of the accused has sent Sher Shah who is son of Aleema Khan sister of Imran Khan to jail on judicial remand. It is pertinent to mention here that Sarwar Road Lahore police has registered case against accused Sher Shah in connection with attack on Jinnah house.
As per media reports PTI leader Suleman Akram Raja while talking to media men outside ATC later said today or tomorrow we will file bail plea of Sher Shah. He said Aleema Bibi has already clarified it that our relationship is sister and brother relationship. Therefore anything about differences is not correct. It was decision of PTI founder not to participate in by polls in Punjab. This is artificial election and through this they want to lend strength to artificial assembly.
